At Central Valley
Travel we offer you a full range of travel services to
destinations all over the world. We specialize in All-inclusive
vacation packages. Central Valley Travel is the only Preferred
Sandals Agency in the valley. Brenda Bodine has personally
visited all of the Sandals and Beaches Resorts to be able to
give you qualified knowledge to plan your perfect vacation.
I began the travel business... about 15 years ago. I was
going through a divorce and was faced with the fact that I
possibly would have to support myself. I had been a stay-at-home
mom and had held many volunteer positions, but now needed to
find an occupation that would earn me a living, but at the same
time that I would also enjoy. It was my daughter, Michelle that
came up with the idea of becoming a Travel Counselor. I searched
for a Travel College in my area, enrolled and graduated at the
top of the class.
Now the hard part began; selling travel. I started my own
business with the guidance of a very good friend who had been in
the business for 15 years. I had not traveled much before and
felt that to sell travel efficiently I had to know what I was
selling. So I began my quest to see the world.I began trying
to travel somewhere about every six weeks. Cruises were a good
way to see many destinations, so I began concentrating on
cruising. I also have been to many destinations just to explore
and visit. Over the past fifteen years I have been around the
globe. |
Not only am I a Certified Cruise Counselor, but have become a
specialist in many destinations, including: Mexico, Hawaii, the
Caribbean and many parts of Europe. My business has grown and
changed. After the tragedy of 911, I began to specialize in the
Honeymoon market. My major focus now is the Caribbean. I feel
that I can give my clients the best honeymoon/vacation by
selling them an all-inclusive resort. My preferred resort chain
is Sandals & Beaches. There are all-inclusive in other
destinations as well. I always do my best to stay up with market
trends and will travel to inspect resorts where I feel my
clients may want to go. I still feel it is very important to
know what I sell!
I now have over 3500 clients from all over the United States and
some other parts of the world.
